The woodland honeys’ flavors reflect the incredible biodiversity of the region – they contain nectar from over 30 different species of flowering plants! The honeys have extraordinarily rich flavors that reflect their provenance in the Miombo woodlands of Tanzania, where Dr. Jane Goodall started her trailblazing research of Gombe National Park’s chimpanzees.
